I Would Describe Myself As

Hello! I really enjoy life to the fullest. I'm always on the go, but I know how to find peace and comfort in being still. Most people say I always have a positive attitude. I enjoy being around people who are mentally and physically energetic. I enjoy live theatre...musicals and plays. I love to dance and plan to take hand dance lessons which is on my "to do" list for 2025. I enjoy all music...Jazz, neo-soul, spiritual and gospel are my top 4. I also enjoy traveling and reading....need to do more of both in 2025. I meditate, pray and do Yoga daily and have a spiritual relationship with The Most High. I have an exercise routine 3-4 times a week which includes going to the gym, doing the treadmill, light weights and Hula Hooping. I'm happily retired, but continue to be the facilitator of Living and Loving Life Breast Cancer Support Circle, which I love. I'm always looking for exciting things for the ladies to do beyond the hospital and doctor walls. There's more to me, but must save some for my meet-up. Looking forward to meeting new people on this wonderful journey called life. Smiles
